Using this site or registering for services from Healing Arts LLC means that you automatically agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make any changes to our site, policies and Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Booking a Reiki, Coaching, and/or Recovery Support appointment

By registering for a Reiki session and/or a Coaching / Recovery Support package, and upon the submission of the Informed Consent form, you agree that all medical and personal information provided to us are accurate and true, to the best of your knowledge. Prior to all Reiki sessions, the appropriate informed consent form(s) must be submitted as an acknowledgement of your understanding of the contents of the document. If you are acting on behalf of a Reiki recipient who is not you, you are agreeing on behalf of the recipient by submitting the document.

Appointment availability

Treatments are available by appointment only and are scheduled at a date and time mutually agreed by both Client and Practitioner.

Late Arrivals

Due to the practitioner’s other commitments, a client who arrives late accepts that their session may be shortened according to the time of delay caused by their late arrival. The full cost for the treatment will still be payable by the client.

Cancellation

If a client should miss or cancel an appointment without giving at least 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee will be payable by the client.

Payment

Sessions may be paid for electronically by PayPal or Venmo, or by Visa or Mastercard. Cash is accepted but personal checks are not.

Coupons

We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of coupon codes, offers and discounts at any time, and discontinue or cancel any coupon codes previously issued without prior notice.

Reiki Treatment

The information on this site is not intended for the purposes of self-treatment and self-diagnosis. It is strongly
recommended that you see a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have, and
always consult a doctor before making any changes to your existing medical care, including starting or stopping any medication and treatment.

Please Note:

*Reiki can only be performed with the client’s consent. The Reiki Code of Ethics expressly states that the practitioner cannot send Reiki energy or perform a session without it. By purchasing a session you are consenting to receive Reiki energy.

Effect of Reiki Treatment

Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances, perform medical treatment, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. We are not healthcare professionals, and therefore all Reiki treatments received from practitioners at Healing Arts LLC are not to be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Only a licensed medical professional is deemed qualified to make any diagnosis or give treatment recommendation. The information on this site is not intended for the purposes of self-treatment and self-diagnosis. Reiki at the Time of Transition (last days)

Reiki works to serve the highest good always. If it is the person’s (or animal’s) true time to transition to the other side, Reiki will not change the will of the soul nor interfere with the process. Offering Reiki during these intervening moments can bring comfort and healing for all involved in the end of life experience, lending support within a space of calm and peacefulness.

Client’s Role

By booking and receiving a Reiki session, the Client agrees to accept full responsibility that they solely are in charge of their life journey, life choices, and transformation, and agree to take complete responsibility for their own health and well-being, and for the decisions that lead to necessary shifts in attitudes, nutrition, and lifestyle. The Client understands and agrees that in order for healing to take place, several treatment sessions are often necessary to support the healing process. While it is possible that one Reiki treatment can make a difference for your health, most long-term imbalances were not created overnight and sometimes require multiple Reiki sessions in order to facilitate the healing process. Clients recognize that this process will take commitment and time.

With any feedback and suggestions that is offered or recommended, clients are fully responsible for any decisions made thereafter, and agree that anything offered by the practitioner doesn’t come with any guarantees for effectiveness or success.

Healing Arts LLC is not liable for the results of decisions, actions, life choices, or changes that are made based on the provided guidance and feedback received as part of a Reiki session. The Client agrees to waive any claim towards Healing Arts LLC for any physical, emotional, or psychological changes, detox symptoms, transformations, or changes in outcome that may or may not be observed after a Reiki session.

Liability

By using this site, you automatically agree to hold Healing Arts LLC harmless for any intended or unintended result of Reiki treatments given, and agree that we will not be liable for compensation should any damages or injury result from using our service which extends to the use of any of its sites, hyperlinks, and information shared. In the event of site failure, computer virus, or interruption of availability to our site for any reason, please note that Healing Arts LLC is not liable for any damages, expenses or losses resulting directly or indirectly from the event.
